Coordination: administrative activity provided by IGS that involves synchronizing different actions and defining the most appropriate way to group the resources available to fulfill the affiliate's request
in relation to assistance services.
Event: each event that involves an emergency, urgency or provision of an assistance service and for which a technician, employee, supplier, professional, operator of IGS appears before
an affiliate to proceed with the provision of the requested assistance service.
Effective start date: date from which the assistance services offered by IGS will be available to the member.

Validity period: period during which the member is entitled to assistance services, 5 days from the time of the Trip up to 4 more days.
Country of residence: to provide the service, the user must be within
Mexican territory.
Supplier: company or natural person specialized in the items detailed herein, who, on behalf of IGS, assists the affiliate in any of the services described in these general conditions.

Services: for the provision of the service, the member must provide the ticket

Assistance situation: when the member is faced with a situation involving an emergency, urgency or demand for assistance and responds to the terms, characteristics and limitations
established in this annex, provided that they have taken place during the period of validity and in the territorial scope of validity.
Funeral Expenses 1 event, up to $ 25,000.00 MXN direct
service payment. Funeral service includes:
• Collection and transfer of the body to the viewing room
• Aesthetic arrangement of the body
• Basic coffin
• 24-hour viewing room
• Legal procedures
necessary for the transfer, burial or cremation of the body
• Funeral legal advice
• Cremation (includes urn for ashes) or burial
• Funeral float to the cemetery.
Exclusions:
• Accidents resulting
from acts classified as a crime.
• Suicide, attempted suicide, poisoning, or self-inflicted injury, whether in your own right or mentally alienated.
• The member is under the influence of any narcotic unless it
has been administered by prescription.
• The surplus will be covered by the affiliate or responsible family member. IGS is relieved of responsibility when due to force majeure it is impossible to provide the assistance
actions prescribed in this clause, without prejudice to any compensation that may arise.
Emergency medical assistance for a serious accident or serious illness: In the event that the member goes through an emergency situation and requires hospital medical attention for the reasons already established,
IGS will make direct payment to the hospital of up to $ 20,000.00 MXN for in-hospital care.
Exclusions:
• Chronic or pre-existing conditions are not covered.
• Psychiatric illnesses or those derived from
the consumption of narcotics, drugs or alcohol are not covered.
• The member must make the deposit payment for hospital admission. References and medical discount network: when the affiliate requires, IGS will provide
the service through its specialized call center network, with information on medical consultations, laboratory studies, cabinet studies, medical equipment, etc. That they have some type of discount according to an agreement
with the IGS network providers.
Exclusions:
• Certain high-tech studies such as PET, Fluoroggiography or Interventional Studies Additional to this, are also excluded. • Highly specialized consultations are
considered.
Physician at home / hotel: if the traveler requires it, IGS will provide the service of doctor at home / Hotel in order to assist the member from their location, in the event of a medical emergency or injury that does
not require treatment in a healthcare center. The service will be provided with a limit of one (1) event up to $ 1,000.00 MXN of coverage, any surplus will be covered by the affiliate.
Exclusions:
• Patients
requiring specialized medical assistance are excluded from this coverage.
• Patients with a drug, alcohol or psychiatric dependent history are excluded from this coverage.
• Patients requiring clinical care are excluded
from this coverage.
• The provision of medical services that require procedures is excluded from this coverage.
Emergency ground ambulance: in the event that the member requires an emergency ground medical transfer within the Mexican territory as a result of a sudden injury or trauma that constitutes a vital emergency and that requires
an ambulance medical transfer, IGS will coordinate and follow up until the arrival of medical units to transfer the beneficiary to the medical care center, this assistance will be offered without limit of coverage and without
limit of events to the nearest hospital.
Exclusions:
• Additional transfers are excluded from this coverage.
• Patients with a drug, alcohol or psychiatric dependent history are excluded from this coverage.
Telephone medical consultation: in
situations of medical emergency, the family group has 24-hour access, 365 days a year, to the medical assistance line service where a doctor will answer the call and guide which procedure to follow according to the symptoms
manifested, will guide the provisional behaviors that must be assumed while making professional medical-patient contact.
Attendance is done without limit of events and without limit of coverage 24 hours, 365 days a year.
Exclusions:
• The telephone doctor will not modify medical treatments for chronic and / or specialized use.
• Controlled use medications will not be prescribed.
Funeral transfer: If an accident occurs
and the member dies, IGS will guide the relative in charge of the legal process for the transfer of the body, necessary documentation, procedure and will coordinate its journey, covering up to $ 20,000.00 MXN.
Exclusions:
• Accidents resulting from acts classified as a crime.
• Suicide, attempted suicide, poisoning, or self-inflicted injury, whether in your own right or mentally alienated.
• The member is under the influence
of any narcotic unless it has been administered by prescription.
Transfer of a family member by bus: In the event that the member is hospitalized due to injury or accident and is forced to a disability of more than 5 days,
and in the event that the member is alone or whose sole company is a person over the age of 70 or younger than 15 years, IGS will offer a family member 1 bus ticket from the main city to the city where the hospitalized person
is with a limit of 1 event.
Exclusions:
• In order to provide the service, the member must submit a report from the treating physician that justifies a situation of serious or acute illness. Hotel expenses
due to convalescence: if the member due to hospitalization in Mexico requires the accommodation of the spouse or a family member up to the first degree of consanguinity where he must interrupt his trip, IGS will be responsible
for the hotel payment for up to 7 days, this coverage only will apply with a limit of 1 event and coverage of up to $ 2,000.00 MXN of the final account.
Exclusions:
• In order to provide the service, the member
must submit a report from the treating physician that justifies a situation of serious or acute illness. Transmission of urgent messages: in case the affiliate requires it, IGS will be in charge of transmitting the urgent messages
derived from any emergency situation that appears to the affiliate.
Telephone legal assistance: For this service and at the request of the affiliate, IGS will provide, by telephone, the reference and consulting services
in the event of a vehicle accident, in the event of theft or assault of belongings, death of a family member who is traveling with the affiliate, etc. The assistance will be provided 24 hours a day, these services will be provided
without limit of cost and events.
Exclusions:
• IGS will only assume responsibility for the management of the professionals assigned by it within the described limits of the assistance provided, but will not be responsible for the final results,
understanding in any case, that it is an obligation of means and not of result.
Legal assistance for robbery of the person: in case of robbery or assault on the affiliate, the latter may contact IGS to have face-to-face assistance for the management and coordination of procedures derived from the
theft. The affiliate may request assistance to process the reports corresponding to the theft or theft. This service will be provided with a limit of 1 event and will only be the presence of a first instance lawyer.
Exclusions:
• Any third party membership is excluded from this coverage.
• IGS will only assume responsibility for the management of the professionals assigned by it within the described limits of the assistance
provided, but will not be responsible for the final results, understanding in any case, that it is an obligation of means and not of result. This service will be provided.
• IGS will not be responsible for the result of the efforts and defenses carried out by the lawyer that the affiliate directly hires. Taxi service: In case of accident or emergency, IGS will coordinate the service to where
the affiliate requests it within the main cities of the country, the cost of the service will be borne by the affiliate and IGS will be responsible for making the refund up to $ 200.00 MXN under voucher 1 event.
Exclusions:
• IGS will not have any responsibility, regarding the service received from the taxi service providers. Affiliate obligations (guarantees)
The affiliate will be obligated in all cases and
for all the services that will be provided to: A) Obtain the express authorization of the service provider, through the operating center in Mexico, before committing any type of service on its own initiative.
B) The affiliate must always accept the recommendations and solutions indicated by the provider, compared to the services requested.
C) identify yourself as an affiliate before the provider's officials or before the people that the latter company hires for the purpose of providing the services contemplated in this document.
D) it is implicit
that when using the "assistance" service, the member authorizes the clinic to deliver all documentation (medical history) required by the provider and IGS.
General exclusions:
In addition to the exclusions
indicated in some of the coverage, the company will not cover the following cases:
The services will be provided in the cities defined in the “territorial scope” of this document, as long as the area is not framed as a
territory of internal conflict (red zones) or tolerance zones or zones with difficult vehicular, pedestrian and free transit access. .
Damage caused by bad faith of the owner.
Exceptions are those places where there is an inconvenience or risk of security of resources by any force outside the law, guerrillas, self-defense groups or any other.
Those that had origin or were a direct or indirect consequence of war, civil war, armed conflict, uprising, rebellion, sedition, malicious acts of third parties, mutiny, strike, popular disorder, terrorism and other events
that alter the internal security of the state or public order. Acts or actions of the armed forces or security forces. Derivatives of radioactive nuclear energy.
If a fraudulent or misleading claim is filed; or supported
by false evidence.
