EARLY TRAVELER PROGRAM

Terms and Conditions Anticipated Traveler Program

1. Anticipated Traveler applies for both online sales (ETN App and website), ticket offices, own ETN points of sale, telephone contact center and the purchase can be made with any form of payment.
2. Does not apply to external channels or points of sale.
3. Open tickets cannot be sold on the routes defined for the Advance Traveler, only confirmed. Open tickets may be sold but with an adult price.
4. Anticipated Traveler rates do not apply and cannot be combined with other types of discounts or promotions.
5. The Advance Traveler Fees are personal and non-transferable, to make it effective the client must present an official identification before boarding the bus, if he does not meet the requirement he must pay the Full Fee.
6. The period to buy bus tickets and obtain the Advance Traveler fare is from the first minute of the day following the consultation and until two months later, available online, at the ticket office and in the telephone center. If you do NOT have an advance fee, the discount of 10% for online purchase applies for a single trip and 15% for a round trip buying online or 10% for a round trip buying at the box office.
7. For Marked Routes (*) The period to buy bus tickets and obtain the Advance Traveler fare may be from the 7th Day after the current date and time and up to two months later, available online, at the ticket office and at the telephone center. If you do not have an advance fee, the discount of 10% applies for online purchases for single trips and 15% for round trips purchased online or 10% per round trip buying at ticket offices. 8. Rate and discounts will always be subject to availability.
9. The 50% discount promotion for Viva Aerobús passengers will only be on the adult rate.
10. The Advance Traveler rate does not apply to the purchase of tickets with INAPAM benefits, minors, students, teachers and open tickets.
11. The accumulation of points in the "Travel More" program must be calculated on the rate paid by the customer and "Travel More" points can be used as a form of payment.
12. The passenger who has missed their trip and arrives at the terminal within the next 30 minutes of their departure time will be relocated free of charge to the next available departure. If you arrive after 30 minutes at your departure time or require departure later or on another day, 50% of the adult rate will be charged.

Referenced Payments Policies of the Early Traveler program:

1. For the numbers of references that the system generates for operations of Anticipated Traveler, the client will have 24 hours to make the corresponding payment.
2. Payment of the Full Rate operations travel reservation may be made 24 hours. before the departure of the bus.
3. In the reservations that involve advance traveler operations and Full Rates, the client will have 24 hours to make the corresponding payment.
4. After the mentioned times, without exception the reservation will be automatically canceled by the system and the seat will be released for sale.
5. The Advance Traveler Fees are personal and non-transferable, to make it effective the client must present an official identification before boarding the bus, if he does not meet the requirement he must pay the Full Fee.
6. The client can make changes to sections, classes of service, date and time. For Anticipated Traveler Rates, no change of passenger name applies, the customer having to pay the difference with the current fare at the box office at the time of travel.


Ticket Exchange Policies:

1. For Early Traveler fares, no change of passenger name applies.
2. The change of travel itinerary (date or time) can be made directly from the website in the section "modify your itinerary" or they can also be made at ticket offices and / or points of sale ETN Turistar, presenting the boarding pass and a valid official identification. Each operation is limited to a maximum of three changes per ticket.
3. In the event that the rate in force at the time of the change of run is higher than the paid Early Traveler rate, the client must pay the difference between the rate paid and the rate in force at the time of the change of the original run, said payment must be covered with the same form of payment previously made. It applies with all forms of payment.
4. In the event that the fare in force at the time of the departure of the bus is less than the Anticipated Traveler fare paid, there will be no refunds. 5. The electronic Wallet applies as a form of payment.
6. Cancellations are not accepted with the Early Traveler rate.
7. Apply all forms of payment at the box office and website.
8. Participating brands: ETN and Turistar.
