After the mentioned times, without exception, the reservation will be automatically canceled by the system and the seat will be released for sale.
3.- The "Anticipated Traveler" Program Rates are personal and non-transferable, to make it effective the client must present an official identification before boarding the bus, if he does not meet the requirement he must pay the Full Rate.
4.- The client can make changes to the route, classes of service, date and time. For Rates of the "Early Traveler" program, no change of passenger name applies, the customer having to pay the difference with the current fare at the box office at the time of travel.
5.- The payment of the reservation can be made at any of the Banamex branches presenting in boxes the printed receipt with the reference number to confirm your ticket. Payments will only be received during bank service hours. In the case of the electronic banking service, the customer must enter the corresponding reference number in Bancanet.
6.- Only cash payments are received and in a single exhibition.
7.- Once the corresponding payment has been made, the system will automatically send the confirmation of the trip with the boarding pass to the email captured in the previous registration.
