EARLY TRAVELER RATE
The sale of Advance Traveler Tickets applies to both online sales (ETN App and website), ticket offices, own ETN points of sale, telephone contact center and the purchase can be made with any form of payment.

Open tickets cannot be sold on the routes defined for the Advance Traveler, only confirmed. Open tickets may be sold but with an adult price.

MINIMUM PRESENTATION AND APPROACH TIME

In the case of payment with frequent traveler points or mixed payments, redemption and accumulation or frequent traveler points “Viaja+” it will be automatically
to the membership until the moment of confirming the open ticket.
Any open ticket must be previously confirmed otherwise, the passenger will not be able to board the bus.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS (MODIFICATION OF
ITINERARY)./span>
In this type of purchase (Internet) there are no cancellations of tickets.
Our exchange service does not have any additional cost and only up to two changes per ticket can

VIAJERO ANTICIPADO
La venta de Boletos de Viajero Anticipado aplica tanto para venta en línea (App ETN y sitio web), taquillas, puntos de venta propios ETN, centro de contacto telefónico y se puede realizar la compra con cualquier forma de pago.
No aplica para canales o puntos de venta externos.
En las rutas definidas para Viajero Anticipado no se podrán vender Boletos Abiertos, solo confirmados. Se podrán vender boletos abiertos pero con una tarifa a precio de adulto.
Las Boletos con tarifas de Viajero Anticipado no aplican ni son acumulables con otro tipo de descuentos o promociones.
Los boletos con tarifas de Viajero Anticipado son personales e intransferibles, para hacerlo
efectivo el cliente deberá presentar una identificación oficial antes de abordar el autobús, si no cumple con el requisito deberá pagar la Tarifa Completa.
El periodo para comprar boletos de autobús y obtener el descuento
de Viajero Anticipado es de dos meses antes de la fecha de viaje programada hasta 48 horas antes de la salida de la corrida previamente seleccionada sobre el boleto de precio adulto disponible en taquillas e internet.
En las 48 horas previas hasta la fecha y hora de salida de la corrida aplica el descuento del 10% por compra en internet por viaje sencillo y 15% por viaje redondo comprando en línea o 10% por viaje redondo comprando en
taquilla.
La tarifa y los descuentos siempre estarán sujetos a disponibilidad.
La promoción de 50% de descuento para pasajeros de Viva Aerobús, será únicamente sobre la tarifa adulto.
La tarifa de Viajero Anticipado no aplica en la compra de boletos con beneficios de INAPAM, menores, estudiantes, maestros y boletos abiertos.
La acumulación de puntos en Viaja Más (poner link de la página de Viaja
Más) deberá calcularse sobre la tarifa que pagó el cliente y los puntos Viaja Más pueden ser utilizados como forma de pago.
Se reubicará sin costo a la próxima salida disponible al pasajero que haya perdido su viaje y llegue a la terminal dentro de los próximos 30 minutos a su hora de salida. Si llega después de los 30 minutos a su hora de
salida o requiere salir después u otro día se cobrará 50% de la tarifa adulto.
Políticas de Pagos Referenciados para boletos de
Viajero Anticipado (WALMART, PAYNET, BANAMEX, OXXO):
Para las referencias que genere el sistema por operaciones de Viajero Anticipado el cliente tendrá 24 horas a partir de su compra para realizar el pago correspondiente.
El pago de la reservación de viaje de operaciones
con Tarifa Completa podrá efectuarse 24 hrs. antes de la salida del autobús.
En las reservaciones que involucren operaciones de Tarifas de Viajero Anticipado y Tarifas Completas el cliente tendrá 24 horas a partir de su
compra para realizar el pago correspondiente.
Pasado los tiempos mencionados, sin excepción alguna la reservación será cancelada automáticamente por el sistema y el asiento será liberado para su venta.
Los boletos con Tarifas de Viajero Anticipado son personales
e intransferibles, para hacerlos efectivos el cliente deberá presentar una identificación oficial antes de abordar el autobús, si no cumple con el requisito deberá pagar la Tarifa Completa.
El cliente puede realizar cambios de tramos, clases de servicio, fecha y horario. Para boletos con Tarifas de Viajero Anticipado no aplica cambio de nombre de pasajero, teniendo que pagar el cliente la diferencia con la
tarifa vigente en taquilla al momento de realizar el viaje.

El cambio de itinerario de viaje (fecha u hora) se puede realizar directamente desde la página de internet (www.etn.com.mx) en la sección “modifique
su itinerario” o también podrán ser realizados en taquillas y/o puntos de venta ETN presentando el pase de abordar y una identificación oficial vigente. Cada operación está limitada a un máximo de tres cambios por boleto.
En caso de que la tarifa vigente al momento del cambio de corrida sea mayor a la tarifa pagada de Viajero Anticipado, el cliente deberá pagar la diferencia entre la tarifa pagada y tarifa vigente al momento del cambio
de la corrida original, dicho pago deberá ser cubierto con la misma forma de pago realizada previamente. Aplica con todas las formas de pago.
En caso de que la tarifa vigente al momento del cambio de corrida sea menor a
la tarifa pagada de Viajero Anticipado, no habrá devoluciones.
El Monedero electrónico aplica como forma de pago.

RESTRICTIONS

These discounts are only applicable to educational institutions that have official recognition of validity or that are incorporated into the SEP in Mexico. The “PCD” (person with disabilities)
discount will only be granted to those passengers who present the valid credential issued by the DIF (Integral Family Development in Mexico), where the applicant's disability is specified, if not presented at the time of the purchase

ETN Turistar is not responsible for the misuse of the boarding pass, this being the obligation exclusively
of the person or passenger who prints it.
BAGGAGE DOCUMENTATION.
Baggage documentation can be made up to half an hour before the bus leaves. Each passenger may carry up to 25 Kilograms of luggage free of charge (except cargo). It is understood by luggage: objects for personal use, clothing, musical instruments, wheelchairs,
bicycles, strollers, toys, tools of an art or trade, which must be transported in suitcases, bags, boxes, etc. Only hand luggage is allowed on board such as: laptops, small bags, backpacks and any item that does not exceed the
size of the bus drawer.
If the passenger travels with a pet, it must be in its rigid or plastic transport cage (not cloth) and preferably sedated; all pets must travel in the luggage trunk of the
bus.
The only animals that can travel in the passenger cabin are guide dogs (guide dogs) and companion or emotional support without paying an additional fee. In these cases the owner must prove at the time of purchase
and boarding, that he has the complete documentation to travel, that is, he must present the original vaccination card, as well as the medical certificate indicating the illness suffered by the passenger (patient).

credit or negotiable securities; any other good whose transit requires a specific permit or is restricted by a particular law, without such specific permission, any other good that prohibits the specific laws of the matter, as
well as any other article, material or thing that puts at risk to passengers and their luggage
TAX CHECK (ELECTRONIC BILLING).

BILLING RESTRICTIONS.
Only confirmed (unopened) tickets may be billed within 30 calendar days, counted from the date of travel. Once the invoice is generated, no change or cancellation can be made in the issued document.
In the case of tickets paid in full with Viaja + points, invoicing cannot be made. In the case of tickets paid in a mixed way (Payment of Frequent Travel Points “Travel +” plus Cash and / or Bank Card), only the amount paid
