Doters Ticket
- The Doters Ticket may only be issued by ETN and Doters; no travel agent or travel agency may issue or grant a Doters Ticket.
- The Doters Points required to purchase a Doters Ticket will depend on the fare group to which it belongs. The Doters Ticket must be purchased entirely with Doters Points. The Doters Points required to purchase a Doters Ticket are shown in the following table:

- The Doters Ticket may only be purchased through Sales Channels and does not apply to Open Tickets.
- The Member may not combine cash or any payment method other than Doters Points to purchase the Doters Ticket.
- The price of the Doters Ticket will fluctuate according to the pricing mechanism agreed upon between Doters and ETN.
- All Doters Tickets may be reserved as either a round trip or a one-way trip.
- The account holder of the Doters Account must be included in the Reservation in order to purchase a Doters Ticket.
- The Doters Ticket is subject to seat availability depending on how far in advance the purchase is made, in accordance with the following table:

Regardless of how far in advance the Doters Ticket is purchased, once Doters Ticket availability is sold out, it may no longer be purchased and a different trip must be selected.
- A Doters Ticket may not be purchased for travel during peak season. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, peak season refers to any public holiday established by the Federal Labor Law and the vacation periods published by the Ministry of Public Education.
- Once a ticket purchased with a Doters Ticket has been issued, only 1 (one) change of schedule or date will be allowed; no additional changes will be permitted afterward.
- If the Member has purchased a Doters Ticket and the Trip covered by that Doters Ticket is modified, suspended, shortened, or canceled by ETN, and as a result the Member is unable to use the Doters Ticket, the Doters Points redeemed for that Doters Ticket will be restored to the Member’s account.
- If the Doters Ticket is canceled by ETN, the Doters Points used will be refunded.

- Benefits are subject to availability and must be selected by the Member at the time of purchasing their Tickets on the website https://www.doters.com/aliados/etn and on the ETN mobile app.
