ETN Turistar is a luxury coach line dedicated to passenger transport, parcel, and light courier services. Our strategically located offices cover over 80% of Mexico’s territory, connecting travelers to destinations like Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlán, Toluca, Aguascalientes, and more.
Since our founding in 1991, we have continuously improved our services to deliver comfort, safety, punctuality, and hospitality. Our commitment has earned us recognition, certifications, and distinctions both in Mexico and abroad.
ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System
ISO 9001 is an international standard that certifies our ability to provide transport services in line with global best practices. It represents a constant commitment to process improvement and customer satisfaction.
Our journey began in 1997, achieving certification under ISO 9001:2008 by 2018, and now proudly maintaining ISO 9001:2015. With more than 20 years of continuous improvement, we integrate new technologies and processes to enhance everything from ticket purchase to travel experience—always supported by our next-generation fleet.
We are proud to be the first luxury motorcoach company in Mexico certified under this international standard.
ISO 18295:1 – Contact Center Accreditation
ETN established its first Contact Center in 1992 to provide information and support to travelers and agencies. In 1998, we launched our toll-free 01-800 line, offering 24/7 service year-round. By 2003, digital lines were added due to growing demand.
To ensure world-class service, our Contact Center was accredited under the ISO 18295:1 international standard. This guarantees accessibility, reliability, and consistency in all interactions—making ETN the first contact center in Latin America accredited under this norm.
Socially Responsible Company (ESR)
Since 2013, ETN Turistar has been recognized as a Socially Responsible Company by the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (CEMEFI). This distinction requires annual renewal based on 144 indicators of sustainability and ethics.

Diamond-Level National Tourism Quality Seal
This recognition integrates both national and international standards, awarded to tourism service providers who maintain the highest quality benchmarks. Levels range from Bronze to Diamond, with ETN achieving the Diamond Level.
